Join us every Tuesday 3-4 at the IG for Home school PE. A great chance to get kids between the ages of the 4-10 to get out exercise and make new friends. The goal of the course is Teaching kids valuable life skills i.e. teamwork, fairness, and good sportsmanship. Also, to start building a healthy lifestyle from a young age and teaching them to want to be active into their adult lives.
GENTLE (CHAIR) YOGA • Judy Burley • Tuesday and Thursday 12:00pm-1:00pm & 1:15pm-2:15pm • $5 per class. This class is designed to improve flexibility and strengthen muscles while using a chair for support. It involves seated and standing poses using the chair as a prop for support, when and as needed. Walk-ins of all ages are welcome.
